Will colleges accept school reports after stated deadline?

My parents told me last minute (Oct. 31) to apply Early Action to some schools, which was insufficient time for my school to process the reports and upload the necessary documents to CommonApp. I decided to send the two apps without my counselor or teacher recs or school reports uploaded.

The deadline is Nov. 1st, today, and my school will probably not be able to upload the documents until Monday, so will schools accept the documents after their deadlines? The specific schools I'm asking about are Purdue and Case Western.

Also, I submitted an application yesterday before one of my teachers uploaded his recommendation letter onto Common App. Will the school consider that letter in the application? Right now, the status of his is "Submitted" while my other teacher's is "Downloaded."

On another note, if I am taken out of consideration for Early Action for Purdue and Case Western because of the missing documents, will I be considered for Regular Decision if I get the documents in?

If they are school documents, the schools will not consider your application incomplete. But see your GC on Monday and get them taken care of.
The trick is, if you can submit ithe CA, it is complete in terms of the deadlines. But get the other materials in soon with your GC’s help.

Yes what the guy above me said, as long as you submit your app on time(whether it be commonapp/universalapp etc.) you are fine.

According to the replies they send back, it usually takes them 1-2 weeks to get everything in order anywho.
