Will colleges look at both SAT and ACT?

<p>If you submit both, will colleges (esp top tier ones, if theres a difference) look at both of them, or just the score that is "higher" in comparison? And what if the scores are relatively the same? (according to charts, a 2350 on SAT and a 35 in ACT?)</p>

<p>What if the scores aren't relatively the same? Because I don't feel like studying for the SAT.</p>
