Will colleges look at SAT scores for incoming junior transfer students?

I’m a high school senior and have already been accepted to a few colleges, but my family wants me to stay in close proximity for at least a bit longer (financial reasons) which I’m okay with. Although there are still some rolling admissions colleges on my list that I haven’t sent anything to yet, and I’m looking to transfer to another college after sophomore year.

My SAT scores are pretty solid: 1870 cumulative (English 630, Writing 600, Math 640), but I’ve been itching to raise it to at least a 1900.

Because I’ve already been accepted to a few colleges, including the one close to home, I’m not really too concerned if there aren’t any future SAT’s coming my way. Although a significant part of me wants to make that 1900, even if it’s ultimately meaningless. I’m not too sure, but the increase may also come in handy should something happen, like my current one not being enough for the college I’m looking to transfer into (if they look at it). And, correct me if I’m wrong, I’m assuming rolling admissions look at credentials well into the spring.

Now, this is where my question comes in. Should I sign up for one last test, or will this be a no-go?

Colleges rarely look at High school GPA or test scores for incoming juniors. What you do at cc will make or break you.

How will the rolling admissions college situation play out? They still look at things well into the spring, right (like around April)? I know this whole thing may sound dumb to some people, but I’m curious to know.
