I went to two different high schools (moved XC after sophmore year) and my current high school does not weight out of district courses. I took 10 Honors / 1 AP course at my old school and my weighted GPA is a 4.0 according to that transcript, but on my current transcript at my current school, with those classes plus my junior year courses on the transcript, my weighted GPA is only a 3.43 (should be a 3.98 if they weighted!). If I send both transcripts to the colleges that I am applying to and call and explain my situation, do you think that there will be a shot that the colleges will reweight my GPA? Thanks for your help!

Of course colleges reweight GPA’s. Some kids don’t have weights at their school, and others are on a 100 point scale, so they reweight it (usually with only core academic classes) and then go on from there

you shouldnt worry
