Will Colleges/Uni's Accept my high school diploma?(online school)

Ok so firstly a little background on my life, me and my family travel a lot due to work and that means transferring schools is not an option so back when acellus was still more or less new my parents decided to use it and it eventually became accredited by western association of schools and colleges(WASC) and I have been with them my entire life(more or less) I will get my high school diploma next year and I am looking at some schools for accounting degrees but I am scared that acellus won’t be accepted my GPA is 3.8/3.9 and I am looking to take the SATS aswell.

Other things outside of school:
I learned programming and i currently own 2 somewhat successful websites so i spend some of my time on them.

So basically I am asking if there is someone with better knowledge on colleges that could help answer my question.

Note: we are not religious people because acellus seems to be associated with the church or something.

Edit: I am on acellus academy(accredited) not homeschool(not accredited)

What state are you in? NYS public colleges accept a homeschool Letter of Substantial Equivalency for NYS homeschoolers but not online diplomas. You should check the admission requirements of the schools you’re interested in to see what their rules are.

Well I am not in the U.S I am an international student, also from what i know if you use acellus you don’t need “Letter of Substantial Equivalency” but i am not sure, I am looking to go to the U.S or EU Even Asia(Singapore, Malaysia etc…). From my what I saw on their websites most schools only want an accredited school diploma and SATS, but I am not sure if acellus is a widely accepted school diploma or not? (WASC) looks like their accreditations is good as WASC seems to be a big accrediting agency.

My daughter graduated from a different WASC-accredited online school. If you meet the school’s requirements for graduation, you would generally be treated as a graduate of a WASC-accredited high school, rather than as home-schooled. You mention that you are not in the US, but are you a US citizen? That will be another important point for college admissions and financial aid purposes - it is more difficult for a non-citizen. I looked at the FAQs on Acellus Academy’s website, and it seems they have a Guidance Department that will help you with the necessary letters of recommendation. I suggest that you contact them now to let them know your plans and ask what other types of support they can provide you in the admissions process. Frequently Asked Questions | Acellus Academy They may also be able to provide information regarding colleges that have accepted Acellus graduates in the past - that might give you some ideas as well as some reassurance. I don’t know anything about Acellus, and WASC accreditation is a pretty good seal of approval, but it does seem just from doing the online search that there has been some controversy. If that’s the case, having good AP test results, good SAT scores, etc. will be important. Once you have identified some schools you are interested in, and that look like possible matches, I recommend you contact the Admissions Officers that are responsible for overseas candidates and ask if there is anything additional they would require from you as an Acellus graduate. I think you will do fine.
