Will colleges value my SAT score improvement?

I'm a rising senior who has taken the SAT three times during junior year
October: 1760
CR 550
M 590
W 620 (essay 8)

January: 1890
CR 660
M 610
W 620 (essay 8)

May: 2120
CR 680
M 690
W 750 (essay 10)

I improved each time in each section (except for writing the first two times) so I wouldn't need to use Score Choice. I know that schools will probably only look at the highest score but will they like that my last score was drastically larger, or will they think something badly about it? Will they think I wasted my time by taking the test three times? Thanks in advanced :)

It depends on which colleges you’re referring to.
