I have created my account on Common App and one of my teacher has already submitted her recommendation. Anyway, will Common App expire my account in summer? I am applying in Early Decision this fall. How does it look like? Will everything be deleted, even my account? What about recommenders? Will the one, who has already submitted the letter, have to do it again?

Yes. Everything is deleted in July. The last app cycle is still wrapping up right now. You filled out this year’s Common App instead of the next’s.

Will they have to create new accounts or fill everything again? So it doesn’t matter that one teacher submitted the evaluation, she will have to do the same again, am I right?
I believe you’ll have to create a new account and fill everything in again, including recs. Not sure if the recommender’s account is also deleted or if teacher accounts stick around from year to year. At the very least, I’d imagine they’ll have to reupload the evaluation for you.

NO it will not delete! Your app will roll over for 2016-2017. (For Fall 2017) Look on the common app website or there is a link in previous comments to this question.
