I'm a freshman and currently have all A's (so i guess a 4.0/4.2 cause I'm taking an honors class)? for the semester. Well, I have alot of stuff going on at home and my family and I are all living in one room (it's not a money problem my parents are just really messed up its hard to explain) . To put it frank, my family members snore really loud and I end up getting 0 sleep and having to go to school for 8 hours *8:00-4:00, and then my mom usually leaves me at the school until 8 or 9, so i don't get home until about 10. I live in a small town and go to charter school so no theres not any bus/transportation, but i was thinking that maybe i could do FLVS and work at night and sleep during the day. The lack of sleep is starting to have repercussions on my health and I was recently diagnosed with situational anxiety and situational depression that can't be treated with anything besides getting out of the situation, if that makes sense (I know I'm providing a lack of info to what's going on.) ok so will colleges look at an applization from FLVS differently? I'm already missing 1-2 days a week to catch up on sleep or because I'm sick or have a migraine from lack of sleep. Somehow I'm managing to get all 98s+ (I have a 96 in dance cause I'm like dead in class and it's alot of moving around but I still try really hard), but the stress from everything at home plus school is making me have all these attacks of anxiety. I just need an aswer as to if it's really worth it to do FLVS thanks. (I would be taking all honors and AP)
