<p>I am freaking out that I was rejected for ELC, but I think I'm a decent applicant. Please assuage me!</p>

<p>Your resume looks five times better than mine. I didn't get ELC either, but that's because I was at a competitive school with a class of 190 people. All those ECs will help. Just make sure your personal essays are bomb. Do you have SAT I scores?</p>

<p>You have a good app, especially your GPA and ECs. Act could be higher, but it's near Berkeley's average. I didn't get into ELC either and I only had one B (my high school was pretty competitive), so don't be too worried about ELC.</p>

<p>If your Native American blood quantum is above a certain point you actually have a higher chance of admission by default.</p>

<p>Is that true? The UC site says that they don't factor in race. Is that a fib, or what?</p>
