will Double Bachelors help in Graduate admission?

<p>My question is simple.</p>

<p>Will a double bachelors/majors help in getting me into a graduate program at say top 10-30 american or canadian engineering universities considering my academic record is weak in the first bachelors?</p>

<p>My c.g.p.a is 2.8/4.0</p>
