So I am taking an anthropology class and it is requiring way too much work, leaving me with no time to do courses that are actually required for my major. Will dropping it affect my TAG? If I drop it I will still be a full time student and will still have greater than 60 completed units. However, it is used to complete IGETC.

I believe UC Davis requires full time enrollment (TAG) for the school year unless you have a good cause which should have been or be written under additional comments, the example they use is part time enrollment due to work.
I am not sure if dropping the class would lower you from full to part, but that is something you should email UC Davis quickly about since deadlines are approaching.
Doh, I have terrible comprehension at 11pm. I’d still ask UC Davis, but I think you should be okay. It isn’t voiding anything. Quoting, “Completion of IGETC is not a requirement to qualify for the UC Davis TAG.” Just always report any changes no matter how insignificant it seem by email and TAU.
