My uncle works in the library at Harvard, and my aunt graduated from the adult education program at Harvard. Will this influence the decision if I decide to apply there?

Not at all, sorry. Family relations are like: both parents went to Harvard College --grad school legacies aren’t counted, I believe-- your family has gone there for generations, one of your parents is a tenured professor or you’ve donated millions of dollars.

Family Relations: Parents,Grandparents,Siblings who have done/doing undergrad at Harvard

No, only parents who attended Harvard College count. Siblings do not count. Grandparents do not count. (I am sure they have exceptions for families that have attended Harvard College for the past 12 generations, but normally grandparents do not count.)

A friend in the East Coast, who was accepted, got an extra push because his dad is a tenured Economics Professor at Harvard.

Yes, but that’s not legacy. They do have a preference for professors’ kids (and maybe other workers), too, but it is not legacy.

Family members who work there could be friends with the admin. That could help a bit… :D
