Will freshmen get an advisor before course add/drop in July?

<p>I will be an entering freshmen and I am still debating which classes to choose. Will we be assigned and have access to an advisor before course enrollment? There are some classes like statistics where I am having trouble deciding which to take since there are so many different statistics classes offered. I am in CALS if that matters.</p>

<p>When you arive on campus for orientation you will have a chance to meet with an advisor to plan out your classes. For now just sit back and relax. Maybe take a look at courses you might be interested in, but don’t stress. You will have plenty of time to figure it all out when you get here!</p>
