Will HC Make a Return Trip to the NCAA Div 1 Tournament this year?

I see that the men's team is off to an impressive 4-0 start!

I think they have a greta shot but Bucknell is always an extremely tough opponent. They scared Villanova recently at Villanova and now Villanova will never play them again.

They are playing surprisingly well given that they lost two superstar seniors from last year's team.

The way they are playing, they have an excellent shot.

Key this year will be getting a decent seed in the tournament. With the quality wins over Hamption, Ohio, and St Joes, they are well on their way.

The latest RPI rating has Holy Cross at 44 and Siena (12/22) at 56. It will be helpful to HC to beat them. The power ranking also dropped HC below 50 again, but has Siena much farther back around 126. If HC beats Siena and then Sacred Heart, which should be a walkover, they'll come home to face Boston University on January 2. I think Holy Cross could jump into the low thirties by the end of the first week of January. If they beat San Francisco at San Francisco, they could be facing Maryland with a record of 11-1. That game could catapult them into the top 25 before they begin league play. How can we possibly not be excited?

Dayton just beat #11 Louisville at Louisville by 5. As you recall Dayton is HC's only loss this year and it was just by 2. Should be great for strength of schedule for NCAA seeding.
