Will high English and reading scores offset low math and science?

I'm applying to schools of art/liberal arts to study art history next fall, and I'm wondering how much admissions will rely on the math and science portions of my ACT score.

I took the ACT in June with no prep, and got good scores in English/reading sections, but math and science were pretty low:

Composite: 30
Reading: 34
English: 35
Math: 27
Science: 27
Writing: 10

Here are the schools I'm applying to:

NYU
University of Rochester
Pratt Institute
Kenyon College
University of Texas at Austin
University of Houston
Rice University

Will my high subscores make up for the low ones because I'm applying to art history programs?

Probably, but none of us will be in the room when the applications are discussed. Maybe you should prep for another try?
