Will I be able to get a perfect score in one month?

The last time I took the SAT was during the last test date, and I got a 2060. Is it possible for me to get a perfect score next test date, which is in one month?

Yes it is possible. It is also possible for humans themselves to fly without any help of technological innovations. But you don’t see it too often nowadays do you?

I hope you understand my implication.

Of coarse it’s possible. If you want some of motivation from us then you’re out of luck-look within yourself.

No, if you did not study during the entirety of the summer.
Yes, if your actions were on the contrary of the aforementioned assumption.

You are able, just unlikely. With a lot of useful studying, though, you can raise it, though perhaps not that high.

Oh sorry, I forgot to mention that I have been studying since the last time I took it, including over the summer, on and off. So it’s not a question of whether or not my score will improve, because I’m confident it will. I’m just wondering whether or not, with the improvements I made, be able to close the gap to reach the perfect 2400 in one month’s time.

Nevertheless, thanks for all the words of wisdom!

I think your aiming too high, especially if you only have a month.

I think you should be aiming for 2150+…not 2400

It’s possible…maybe you’ll have to change your schedule so that all you do until October 9th is SAT prep, sleep, and maybe eat.
But it’s certainly possible
As for the likelihood, honestly it’s a very small chance.
But like I said…it’s possible.

Good luck!

^^So, looking forward to Wall Street 2?

What personal price are you willing to pay to try and achieve that 2400?

Realize that many admissions departments at top schools have acknowledged they treat scores of 2300 similar to 2400. Once your score reaches a certain point, it demonstrates you’re capable of doing the work, and they move on to other elements of your application.

Yes, I realize that, thanks. Yeah, maybe I am aiming too high. I’ll just do my best and see how everything goes. Thanks for the advice!

Best of luck, but you will most likely not get a 2400, because you don’t understand the psychological implications of your goals. Just aim for a 2150.

It is possible. If the score you got was just super unlucky. Let’s say…you were extremely sick that day or something haha.

it took me a full year to pull my score from 2240 to a 2400…not to sound pretentious, but i highly doubt that it is possible to make an even bigger jump in just a month

Keep working on all the materials you have and then go in with confidence and give it your best shot. Good Luck!

It is certainly possible, but that would require an immense amount of work that the average student would most likely avoid.
What are your individual section scores?
Keep in mind that as you get closer to 800, the work required grows exponentially.
To raise a score from 750 to 800 is far more difficult than to raise it from 500 to 650.
If you already have any 750+ sections, it would be much easier since you could just focus on 1 or 2 sections.

If you’ve been studying, what are your highest practice test scores? If they aren’t already in the 2200+ range, I doubt it is possible. You certainly don’t NEED a perfect score though; you could aim for a 2250+ or 2300, which are also impressive scores.

To be honest, it’s unlikely. You don’t state the section-wise breakdown of your scores but the deficit in each section must be significant to ensure a 2060 score.

You say you have studied over the summer but the “on and off” part in your post is worrying.

Frankly, don’t just lock your aim solely on the 2400 score. You can work hard this 1 month, take a lot of practice tests, improve your weak areas (where you faltered in the 1st test) and your score will increase substantially.
