Will i be able to get into purdue , penn state and illnois?

I am a cbse student and has got 86% in 9th grade , 95% in 10th grade , 67% in 11th grade and now i am in 12th grade ,
My SAT scores are 1310 and 1420 , will i be able to get into universities like purdue , penn state , illnois institute of technology

First of all what happened in 11th grade?

i got into penn state with a 1320 SAT and a 3.91 WGPA with plenty of EC’s and a pretty good essay as a domestic applicant. however, i think you’d have to have a really good reason as to why your 11th grade average dropped so much. i calculated your overall grade percentage and it comes out to an 82%. i am not sure how your colleges would calculate or view this.

^ guys, this is a CBSE student. Anything 60 and above in class XI is good (add 20pts for a US equivalent).
IIT yes, the other two it’ll depend on the major.
