So would I be able to get in? What could I do to improve my chances? Probably going into either civil, mechanical, aerospace, or computer science but still undecided

I would say you have an excellent shot. The only problem being that you are out of state and have a lower class rank, but going to a competitive high school makes up for those. To improve your chances, you could take some college courses at your community college that involve math and science. You could also raise your SAT as it is on the 25th percentile or so for engineering, even though you did not officially take it yet, and even though you really cannot do any better than you try, and even though they are a communistic way to test intelligence. (I hate these tests because they are meaningless in reality!!!) Of course, if for some reason you did not get in, you could transfer out of DGS into engineering as long as you do not screw up your grades.
P.S. Jealous of your ECs. I wish my school had more than the basic boring stuff, then I would actually participate in more ECs. Oh well, I can join clubs at U of I soon.

you look good on paper. i highly suggest retaking the sat to get around 2100 (its not that hard, just keep doing practice tests!). other than that, youll have an easy time getting in.
