I currently have a weighted GPA of a 3.80 with an sat score of a 1350. I am going to my senior year and i will be taking math analysis. Many of my peers say they will be doing calc. I feel like i’m behind and colleges don’t like that. I feel like my personal statements are amazing tho. I just took the ACT and i am not waiting for the results.
Extra curricular activities:
-Soccer since i was 5
-LAPD CADET for 4 years
-Asb sargent at arms for 2 years.
-Puente 4 years
-Volleyball captain
-science club
And i was on the academic decatholon team.

If your UC GPA is under 4.0 and your SAT score is under 2000 total, then your chances are low for either school. I would retake the SAT or consider the ACT. GPA is what it is, so work on your UC essays this summer to make them great. You should also consider some other UC’s such as UCI/UCSC and UCR as options. Good Luck.
