Will I be able to transfer to MSU with a 3.0 gpa?

I currently have a 3.0 gpa with all the required classes taken, I want to study computer science, with a 3.0, will I have a chance to get into MSU? If not, are there any school in top 100 I will be able to get in with a 3.0?

3.0 from which college? And by MSU do u mean Michigan State? Mississippi State?

from a community college and yes msu for Michigan state
