Will I be able to transfer with 2 Fs on my transcript?

I currently a freshman in college and attend a university in Miami and I’m about to finish my second semester. I am transferring to a university in Chicago. Since I am still an undergraduate, I had to send my high school transcript and my first semester grades from this school I’m attending in Miami as well. My first semester grades were all As and I had one B. My GPA was a 3.6. But this semester I may be failing 2 classes and I tried to withdraw from them but my advisor told me I wouldn t be able to since I receive VA benefits. She told me I need to take the F so I can just retake the course instead of withdrawing and owing more money to the school. So my question is: will the school I m transferring to reject me once they see I have 2 Fs on my final transcript? I would like to retake them at the school I m transferring to in Chicago. Or should I tell them ahead of time?

thank you so much!

I think decisions usually come out before final transcripts are out, but schools can definitely rescind your acceptance once they see the two F’s on your transcript, and there is a very good chance of that happening.

I already explained this to the transfer admissions counselor. I’m just waiting to hear back to see what she said.
