Will I be able to transfer?

Hey guys!

I'm a freshman at Brandeis University, and I'm thinking about transferring (already, I know).
First off, I really like the school... but the campus just isn't anything to be desired, and I really hate how small it is, 3,400 is just too tiny. Thirdly, I thought I would like how the campus is only twenty-five minutes away from Harvard Sq, and thirty-five from Boston, but in reality, it's such a closed off campus that nobody really ever leaves the school. All in all, I don't like how strictly Jewish the school is, there's no room for diversity... It's either your Jewish, or you're Asian here.

All in all, the academics are extremely strong, students are extremely motivated, but I just don't feel that it is the place for me.

I am a Freshman who took UWS (freshman writing seminar) over the summer to get ahead.
I received an A (4.0) in that class and am taking:
Intro to MicroEconomics
Intro to Political Theory
The American Presidency (Pol113)
French 10

I am also in The Debate Team (ranked #2 in the country, only second to Yale University)
I am a School Senator and I'm treasurer of the Tennis Team.

I'm shooting for between a 3.88-3.94 for this first semester and it looks like I'll probably get that.

I really want to apply to Cornell, do you think I can get in?

I am double majoring in Political Science (Politics) and Economics.
