Will I be accepted into Case Western as a transfer?

I applied to Case Western Reserve University as a transfer.
I should be receiving a decision any day now and I don't know what to expect!

First of all, when I was in high school, I took PSEO classes at Kent State my junior and senior year. Back then I was suffering with bad anxiety and depression, and I didn't do too well. I had a 2.09 GPA when I finished PSEO and a 24 ACT.

On top of that, after I graduated, my dad lost his job at the Cleveland Clinic and was out of work for about two years. My mom works though, so when I applied for financial aid for my official freshmen year at Kent, they didn't consider me eligible. Trust me, I was. (Big family)

Even with a scholarship, I didn't have enough money to go back to Kent State in the Fall of 2011. So I got a full time job to save up.

I went back in the Spring of 2012 and finished with a 4.0

That summer my dad got a job at Case Western. Which meant I was eligible for complete tuition remission after he worked there for a certain amount of time. Obviously, I didn't go back to Kent, I waited to apply to Case for free. I applied for this coming fall, but i'm worried about my gaps in education and my low PSEO GPA. The 4.0 I got only brought my cumulative GPA to 2.7. I know my essay and personal statement are really good, my high school GPA is okay, and I have great recommendations. I'm hoping my dad's employment will help me out too.

I'm freaking out because this tuition remission will completely change my life. I'm really depending on getting accepted! Should I expect rejection?!
