For Nursing, none of your “safeties” would be safeties since all Nursing programs are impacted and your GPA is on the low side for admission. For Accounting, then your local in-service area CSU would be your safety and you can look up your local CSU here.
For Accounting, your local CSU would give you priority so you would have a good chance of admission there.
I think you first need to determine if Nursing or Accounting is your choice major. Nursing programs in California are highly impacted and your GPA is not competitive for most of the 2+2 programs along with any direct admit BSN programs. A community college ADN to BSN transfer might be an option if Nursing ends up to be your choice.
Accounting can be competitive also, but more options and I would lean toward more Cal States since a UC capped weighted GPA below a 4.0, would only make you competitive for UC Merced and possibly UC Riverside.
There are plenty of Cal states with an Accounting major. You can search for other campuses here: Search Degrees | CSU
Nursing is a really tough admit in CA, there simply aren’t enough seats to go around and with a 3.7 GPA, i think you are going to need to go to a CC or OOS. For accounting, the CSUs on your safety list are all solid. I’d look at Chico, and Sonoma if you want a more residential experience.
