Will I be late ?

<p>Hello people !! </p>

<p>As I mentioned earlier , i wasn't allowed to take SAT I this June. So I will be taking it in October and SAT II in November .
I am planning to apply to ivys and other top schools. So should i start building my application from this july and send it to desired universities by September ? And as soon as , i will get my scores i will send them to colleges . Is that a good idea or will i be late ?
Please guide me as i don't want to take risk . I am already a year late !
And i dont have any backup in India too !</p>

<p>Most of the early action starts in November and then regular deadlines in December.</p>

<p>So no need to panic, just concenterate on your exams. You should also start thinking about your application, as you are giving the exam late you must do both things together in order to apply early.</p>
