Will I be questioned???

I recently dropped a class with a "No Notation" and updated this info through the TAU website a few days ago.

Will any UC's question me as to why I dropped this course or do they not care as long as I meet all of my major pre reqs and IGETC.

if its not a pre-req or required for your major, it won’t matter.

I applied as an English major and it was an optional course (I had completed this requirement last semester w a different English course) but decided to enroll in another English course, which I just dropped.

So its a pre-req. As in recommended to take prior to transfer? If it’s a recommended class, it will hurt you. There are applicants that have completed all the classes prior.

But if you decided to take another class instead of that one (and both are recommended) then it won’t matter as you will still get a pre-req out of the way. But if you took a class that isn’t on your articulation agreement, then you just lowered your chances a tad.

^I see.

Just checked on assist and the American Lit class that I took last semester and passed counts for the “one additional course” requirement. It says “Choose One Course from the Following List” and the class I dropped is on there but I have already completed this by the Amer. Lit. Right?

Yes. It just means you will pay UC tuition to take that same class u dropped!

You should still update the TAU though.
