Will I be rescinded?

I've gotten into Penn ED this December and I had withdrawn all my apps by February except for three UC schools. I emailed two of the three about withdrawing and heard no reply. The third has NO undergrad admissions email and is only available by phone. Because I live abroad, I would have to call them after 1am my time on Mon-Fri. As a high school student, this is highly inconvenient.

Mail is no go either because its slow and expensive and I live halfway around the world.

It is now the middle of March and I was going to call them like TOMORROW because I thought decisions hadn't come out yet, but when I checked the statuses of those three schools—I found out that I had been admitted. I FREAKED OUT and declined them immediately as soon as I saw.

Do you think I'll be rescinded from Penn? I had NO INTENTION of breaking ED contract. I don't want to go to these schools and I didn't want to "see if I could get in." It was SOLELY due to my being unable to contact them and I declined their offers RIGHT AWAY. :(

HeLP!

You won’t be rescinded, they’d only get mad at you if you broke ED by not going to their school. Don’t worry

You will be fine. Some schools continue processing the application even if you contact them (the process has a life of its own).
