I want to transfer to a top UC but i haven't completed any major prep courses. I am about 85% complete with IGETC.
I'll be applying under Aerospace engineering (mechanical where it is not available) what will be my chances if i can get a 3.5 in the major prep courses i will attempt.
this next year i will be taking Calc 1&2, i will complete the second required english course, General Chem 1&2, and Physics 1.

My gpa for UC transferable classes is 3.76
my CSU gpa is 3.70

How would you rank the CSU's by aerospace enginerering?

Believe it or not, CSULB has a phenomenal aerospace engineering program. Boeing is on site and uses student engineers as interns. You could try any of the UC’s, but being onsite is important since many of the aerospace engineering firms are in Southern California: Lockheed, Northrup-Grumman, General Aromics, etc. UC San Diego, would work too. Long Beach is impacted, but with your current grade history, you should be able to get in. Same thing for UCSD.

denied to csulb but got into sjsu
update
