<p>Anyways, yea you’re good, the only thing that is a bit low is your SAT subject tests</p>
<p>Considering you are a 1st generation Mexican, you will get in. I know a first gen Mexican who got a 1700 on his SAT and decent grades from his non-competitive public school. He got in. If you were Caucasian or Asian, you wouldn’t have a chance of getting accepted with such low stats. Reality.</p>
<p>Both are classic cases – very different – but classic. Both with excellent chances at Cal.</p>

<p>Low income and overcoming hardship are both allowable in the UC admissions review.</p>
