Will I get accepted?

I'm trying to transfer to CSU Fullerton in SoCal for the fall 2014 semester. I am currently attending community college in the Bay Area. I applied as a kinesiology major on October 1st and have a 2.69 gpa at the moment. I also emailed admissions at fullerton telling them the extra curricular activities I have which are personal training and I also have my CPR certification and performed in my community college talent show back in October. I mailed them a letter a few weeks ago with a very professional personal statement that wasn't required but I did it because it was optional. I still have this spring 2014 semester to go at my community college and I will have 77.5 units at the end of this semester. I only need 60 transferrable units and 17.5 of them were just pre-requisites that aren't transferrable. I don't have any D's or F's and I just have one W. I can still get my GPA higher when grades come out in May but I'm not sure when admitting will be processed (usually I heard it's between March and April) What are my chances of getting accepted?

CSUF is an impacted campus. As far as I know, local students are given priority admission consideration. However, I have heard from a few of my college counselors that students should strive for at least a 3.5 gpa to be an appealing applicant for various CSU’s. A few days ago I overheard one of the counselors saying that CSUF will not consider an applicant unless they have at least a 3.3 GPA. Have you calculated your Spring GPA if you get straight A’s?

Hi, im waiting for letters from the schools i applied to. i got a 1360 in the sat the first time I took it and the second time it went up to 1460. I did fairly good in the math section 550, english section 480. my current gpa is about 3.4ish but should go up a decent amount this year with my grades this year which are mainly A’s and some B’s. i have taken 3 AP classes including this year with my AP calc. i got a B first semester, and holding an A at this moment. UC’s applied- Merced, LA, San diego, Riverside. CALstates- pomona, san luis, and san diego state. Ive been rejected by Long Beach already. I also been accpeting to Northern State univeristy. What are my chances into these schools? thank you
