Will I get chucked into the international pile....?

Under the Stanford specific questions on the common app, I accidentally clicked yes to the third agreement under the other information tab.

"If you are neither a U.S. Citizen nor a U.S. Permanent Resident and will not be pursuing need-based financial aid from Stanford, you must respond to the following statement.

As an international applicant who is neither a U.S. Citizen nor a U.S. Permanent Resident and who will NOT be applying for financial aid if admitted, I understand that I will not be able to apply for undergraduate financial aid from Stanford unless my official citizenship or permanent residency status changes.

I also understand that Stanford requires all students who are not U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents to obtain and maintain an appropriate visa status for their stay in the United States.
Yes "

I thought this was just a generic agreement that everybody had to say yes to, even if you are not an international. In the actual common app, I have my social security number down and checked off that I was a US citizen. The SSN and us citizen status show up in my submitted stanford PDF, but farther down, under the other information section, it says "International Applicant: Yes"

Should I be worried or will they know this was a mistake?

Who knows? Call admissions and straighten it out. It could mean the diff btn accept and reject.
