Will I Get In Early Decision II?

Okay, so Emory is really high up on my lisit and i was wondering what my chances would be Early Decision II. I know i've already done one for emory but that was without senior grades for the mid-year report and now i have a better understanding of how my classes are gonna go. Also, from my school I know like 3 students applying for ED 1 and tons more applying RD but none applying EDII if that helps at all.

One of the top public high schools (I think its in the top 500ish nationally) in the south. Recent graduates have gone onto the likes of Yale, Harvard, Columbia, Emory, Vandy, several public ivies, etc...

Possible majors:History, English, or Political Science
possible minors:Spanish, Latin American Studies, Economics
(don't worry, I'm not going to try to do all of them)
after college: either law school, grad school, or business school

GPA: 3.73 (unweighted)/4.1 (weighted)
My gpa uw is on the low side b/c my school is VERY competitive which Emory knows and will be explained in the counselor letter.
class rank:most likely top 10% or very close to it( most competitive year, any other year I would be most definately in it but we haven't gotten class rank yet so idk)
I will have taken 9 AP classes, 6 honors classes, and 4 years of foreign language.
