Ok so USC is absolutely my first choice of where I want to go to school when I move back home. I am currently in the military and by the time I get out of the military I should have my Bachelor's in Business from the University of Phoenix (Online). Hopefully I will be able to maintain a 3.8ish if not a 4.0. I plan to either continue my studies in business, most likely sales to the Doctorate level... or however far i can go, or go for a bachelors in some kind of film major, I will probably end up doing both it is just a matter of which is first.
Heres where I run into a bit of a problem:
-I have never taken the SAT or ACT
-My GPA in high school was an average like 2.7, but my senior year i went 3.9, 3.7,
but i will be applying for fall of 2013, and I graduated high school in 2008, so does that really matter anymore?

Here are my questions:

With my GPA being so high, and at the time of application be on track to already have a bachelor's when I start, is it even worth my time to study for and take the SAT/ACT, or is there something else I should be focusing on?

Also does anyone know if USC participates in the yellow ribbon program?
