Will I get in to any of these schools as a transfer?

I did poorly in high school and I think I finished with a 2.1 GPA. I ended up going to Bergen Community for two years and now my gpa is a 2.8. I have one semester left and just started applying to schools this past week for the Fall 2017 semester.

I applied to East Carolina University, Old Dominion University, Plymouth State University, Rowan University, and East Stroudsburg.

Will I get into any of these?? East Carolina is my number one and I’m very nervous about that one because I read that you might need a 3.1 to get in.

Would it help me that I am a transfer student and showed improvement from my high school grades?

According to their transfer common data set, last year their transfer acceptance rate was 79% and their minimum required GPA was a 2.5. I don’t see anything about a 3.1 required.
