will I get in to any of these schools?

<p>I am applying to Brown, Tufts, Wesleyan, Haverford (reaches), Wellesley and Oberlin (matches), Binghamton and University of Rochestester (safety)...will I get in or do I need to find easier schools?
Interest: Experimental psychology
SATs: (retaking in november) Verbal 720 Math 650 Writing 680
SAT IIs: Lit 730 </p>

<p>GPA: 95.2 most rigorous class load
Awards: Poem published in American Anthology of Poetry (book) 2005
essay award winner for New Youth Connections Magazine - 2005
NSAA International Foreign Language award winner -2004
Nominee for Youth leadership forum on medicine
academic commendation at my high school all 4 years</p>

11th grade - therapeutic activity assistant at coleman school for disabled children
10th grade - assistant esl teacher for remedial 2nd graders in the bronx
10th, 11th, 12th grades - Model UN
10th, 11th, 12th grades - Junior State of America
12th grade - peer leader at my school
psychology student at borough of manhattan community college -11th grade
political science student at borough of manhattan community college - 11th grade
teacher/tour guide at children's museum of manhattan - 11th grade
samberg family history program (intensive genealogy summer program) 11th grade</p>

<p>i would not suggest putting the Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine unless you actually went there. I have been nominated to go three times during high school, but I never went. Sure being nominated for something like that is great, but colleges don't want to see what you are nominated for, but what you did and how you applied youself.</p>

<p>also, putting something like that up on college "achievement" lists makes you look like just another overachiever. (trust me, colleges want more than just standard overachievers)</p>

<p>In at almost all except maybe Brown and Wesleyan but you have a decent shot... and dont list the nysl forum thingy i think 96% of cc has been nominated for one of those</p>

<p>I don't think Brown and Wes are going to happen, Tufts, Wellesley and Hav you have a shot at, Oberlin turned down many with much higher stats in the last few years (read posts about andi's son). I would add some schools like Trinity, Conn College, Skidmore where you have a more clear shot unless you'd be happy at your state U.</p>
