I'm going to declare my major in Computer Science: Game Development and/or Economics. I heard the Jaskin School of Engineering is pretty competitive, so should I apply as an undeclared major? (since it is easier to get in as undeclared)

Not a bad idea to enter as an undeclared, though you stats look pretty decent. It’s just very competitive these days and why take a chance. Enter as undeclared and you’re likely to get in. Then you can get to know the engr prof and wow them with your talents. UCSC is a hidden jewel amongst the UCs and you will love studying there amongst the deer and redwoods. Diverse, mellow student body.
