Will I get in?

So I have already applied to Gonzaga, University of Oregon, University of Idaho, and Washington State University and have gotten in to all of them. Still waiting to hear back from Georgetown University, but it's my way out there reach.

Can anyone tell me my chances for UW?

3.87 GPA unweighted
Top 10% in class

SAT: 2000
SAT II Literature: 700
SAT II US History: 660
SAT II World History: 570 :( no idea what happened there

All A's except for a couple of B's in math

Will have taken 4 AP tests by end of May: AP World, AP US, AP Biology, and AP Lit and Composition

I participate in Key Club, International Club, National Honor Society, and ASB.

Was a 2009-2010 recipient of the Congress Bundestag Youth Exchange Scholarship which allowed me to spend a year abroad in Germany.

I have also played competitive soccer for four years and recreationally for nine years before that.

Volunteering includes: assistant soccer coach, museum clerk, teaching English to German soldiers, and various Key Club/NHS projects.

Hmmm yeah I think that's about it...no legacy at UW, but I am in-state.

Will I get in?

Thanks for replying!

Yes, you will most likely be accepted.

I think you will! Isn’t it so hard to wait though! You have great grades, sat and extra curricular activities. To top it off, you are in state. I predict 99.9% chance to get in from what I have read!

Haha yes I have been waiting since November 15th

Yes, you should get in.
By the way they don’t look at SAT IIs.

yeah, I had to take three subject tests for Georgetown so I just had them sent to UW too.

You’re in.

I find it interesting about the SAT II’s because my son sent them since he needed to take them for another school and UW list them along with his other scores. We were surprised to see them recorded at all.

pffft you’ll be lucky to get into community college with those stats.

@ben3 - UW records all scores you send in just for records, but for the actual admissions process, they do not take these scores into consideration. My AP scores were also listed when I applied. It was a good reference when I talked to an advisor during orientation about which classes I should take.

To be honest, it would be quite the shock if you DIDN’T get in!

^agreed…

You’ll be accepted for sure.
