Will I get in?

I have a 3.46 GPA, a 1310 on my SATS and am very involved in community service and leadership. Am I probably going to get in? And do I have any chance of getting scholarships?

You’ll probably get in. But I don’t think they’ll have much merit aid due to your GPA, unless your weighted is higher.

Your stats seem very synonymous with what IU’s standards are. I see no reason why you should be denied entry. When it comes to aid, however, do not expect much. I applied to IU from out of state with a 3.5 GPA and a 33 ACT, and barely got any merit scholarships. I’ve heard that in-state students have a better chance at those scholarships.

The criteria for automatic scholarships is clearly defined here:

[Automatic Academic Scholarships: Office of Scholarships: Indiana University Bloomington](<a href=“Future Scholars: Office of Scholarships: Indiana University Bloomington”>Future Scholars: Office of Scholarships: Indiana University Bloomington)

They are the same for in-state and OOS students.

The required scores have gone up since IU first began the program.
