Will I get in?

<p>I’m a junior in high school (Class of 2013). I’ve wanted to go to the University of Rochester since freshmen year. I’ll be going to U of R for an interview this summer. I’m thinking about applying early action. What are my chances? Any advice for me?</p>

<p>I never know how admissions sees a person but in truth your test scores are low. That hurts your chances of course but it also means you might find neuro at UR more difficult because the kids in that area may be stronger. I don’t know; I don’t know you or how you test or how competitive you are as a student. Fit is something you should think about.</p>

<p>You have a good chance if you can get those SAT scores up.</p>

<p>Agreed. Grades and ECs look good - shoot for the 1300 two-score and you have a real good shot. Good luck.</p>
