ECs:
-I've worked on average about 15 hours a week from the end of my sophomore year through my junior year, now I work 22 hours a week my senior year
-camp counselor during the summer
-volleyball: freshman, sophomore, and junior year
-varsity soccer: freshman year
-track: sophomore year
-cheerleading: sophomore year
-tutor for algebra: sophomore year
-member of student advisory council at my high school
-30+ hours volunteering at local hospital since junior year

What are my chances of getting into University of Washington?

I would say… a pretty good chance (though I’m turned down by the GPA a bit)

You already got a good SAT and ACT score.
The unweighted GPA… not so great (and they will look at unweighted rather than weighted).
Though I guess it’s kind of understandable since you’re taking a lot of AP (and I guess there’s no honors classes in your school?)

You seem to have a good amount of ECs:
Hopefully you’re not working at McDonalds flipping patties (unless you actually became a better person learning from that…)
It seems like you’re into a lot of sports, so that’s good.
Though it doesn’t seem like you kept with a club or an activity (but you have the advisory council as one).

But eh… if you were to choose 5 outside activities from school. What would they be? I would suggest putting sports altogether (volleyball, track, and soccer). Then talk about your camp counselling for the summers. Your membership at the student advisory council. Your work. And maybe volunteers and tutoring combined as well.
