We can't tell you which one to apply ED, you have to decide that yourself. You really have to love somewhere to apply ED.

Also, yes, your GPA is very low for all of those schools IMO. Your CR and Writing scores are rather low as well. I'd suggest retaking the SATIs if you have time for that. Your SATIIs are pretty good.

Colleges don't really care about AP scores, I don't think. I think most places they are even optional to include. I guess the really good ones can't hurt you but don't include the bad ones.

As abcdefgh88 said, you have to apply ED because you want to go there, not to increase your chances of admission. I will be attending Johns Hopkins and I was accepted to WUSTL. It really is a crapshoot. My friend was valedictorian. He got into Columbia, Brown, and Amherst but not Duke or JHU. Your SAT II's are very strong, you're SAT's good. Your EC's are pretty good but not particularly consistent (no single interest). Get started on essays now.

Peterli...I really am not fond of these "chance me" questions, because everyone giving you his opinion is only an armchair handicapper. They really have no insight into what an admissions office might, or might not see in you. I would hate to see you, or any student become discouraged because of others' opinions on this blog.
Have a serious talk with your college counselor, consult the college admissions offices for the most updated and accurate statistical information, visit colleges and see how you feel on the campuses. Also, keep your grades as high as possible, and, if you are not satisfied with your SATs, retake them. Then, look at the entire picture, and make an ED/EA choices. If those are unsuccessful, make as many applications as is practical for you, and then revel in your acceptances. Just make sure that you have a few true safeties to choose from, on your final list. Good luck, and don't get despirited by any armchair handicapper on CC.
