Will I get into college with a stupid typo in my writing supplements ?

So I was just looking at my writing supplements that I submitted and I recycled that one of about 4 schools. I noticed that I missed spelled the word high school (I wrote highschool) and google docs didn’t correct it so I obviously didn’t notice. Is a college bound to deny me, assuming everything else is "decent, just because I misspelled high school?

… No. You’ll be fine. If they deny you, it won’t be because of an incredibly minor typo like that.

That won’t be a problem.

No.

Are you serious bud

If you didn’t notice until after you’d read it a few times, they won’t notice it either.

Yes, if the colleges reject you, it’ll be because of the missed space between “high” and “school”.

You’re kidding, right? Don’t worry about it and move on.

It’s not going to matter. Everyone makes typos and admissions officers know that. Look up “clam fart” for reassurance

If it makes you feel better, I just realized that I wrote “it’s” instead of “its” in one of my supplements. I can’t imagine it’s that big of a deal! Anyway, what’s done is done.

I did the same thing in one of my supplements, I repeated the word “arm” twice! Should I email admissions with an updated version of the essay with the deleted word omitted? Sorry to intrude on the post like that, didn’t want to make a new one sine I’m in a similar situation.

Google clam fart

@shawnspencer‌ Oh my god…I can’t even imagine.

Maybe adcoms thought that clam fart was referring to research done on “Gastrointestinal Release of Small Molluscs”

Every chance you ever had for going to college has now been completely shattered by mistakenly writing “highschool” as one word. Clearly you’ve learned nothing in high school if you can’t even correct a minor error like this.
