<p>Drop the weighted GPA, NYU doesn't even glance at weighted GPA's. The avergae GPA for NYU is a 3.6... in your EC's, do you hold any leadership posistions?</p>

<p>I'd call it a reach. You're not totally out of range though. Work on those grades and SATs and you'll have a shot at it.</p>

<p>yea i no dat my gpa is low but im in IB which is really hard and i make more Bs than As...do u think i should have switched down to AP and gotten a way higher gpa?</p>
