Will I get into Rutgers New Brunswick?

I am a junior in high school. I live in Maryland so I am out of state. I have a 3.3 gpa unweighted based on a 4.0 scale and a 3.9 weighted gpa based on a 5.0 scale. I got a 2040 on my sat. I am in National Honors Society, Key Club, Science National Honors Society, Debate Team, Environmental Club, I volunteering total 275 hours. 100 of which was towards a hospital. I am also in National Forensics League. I did Cross Country JV, Boys Tennis Varsity, Boys Volleyball Varsity, and Indoor Track JV. I usually take 3-4 Honors/Ap classes each year. I messed up my gpa first semester of junior year by getting a 1.8 unweighted gpa because I was sick and out for a month and my courses were 4 ap and a medical careers program which I could not cope up with. It dropped from a 3.51 to a 3.3 gpa. Would this affect my chances of getting in because I know junior year is important. Also my parents annual salary total is about 80k a year and I have an older sister in another college (VCU). I would like to major in Biology. How much would the net price be for me and do you think I can make it into this college? Please be honest thanks.

Rutgers SEBS: Low match/Match

What? So whats my chances of getting in? I think Rutgers offers biology for both SEBS and SAS, so I was planning to apply to both if thats possible?

You have a good chance to attend Rutgers, while not a shoo-in; a 2040 is at or slightly higher than the 75th percentile for SAS and SEBS, while your GPA is, well, not at the 75th percentile. But Rutgers SAS and SEBS are equally selective.

OOS is more selective than in-state, where SAS and SEBS will take just about anyone at 3.5/1700 or better.

bump bump i forgot to mention im asian american if that makes a difference

also I was planning on writing an essay on how I messed up junior year terribly but I pulled up my gpa to a 3.5+ second semester which I have currently. And does Rutgers care if i send in recommendations because I was planning on sending them even if they are not required just to show I am very interested in attending this university.
