Will I get into these schools for engineering?

My top choice is University of Delaware and my top choice for a major is chemical engineering which is supposed to be very competitive there.
My SAT combined is 1960
Math 690
Writing 660
CR 610
My GPA is 3.888 and I’m taking AP Calc AB and AP Chem this year.
My extra curriculars include football, baseball, Italian club and CSAC and NHS. I also have over 150 hours of community service since I started high school. I was at first feeling good about my chances getting into UD but I went to Rowan which I thought would be my safety school and I have the exact SAT score they want for chem E and chem e is extremely competitive at UD and I heard they weren’t accepting as many students this year as last year. I’m taking the Math II and Chem SAT subject test next week. My dad is an alum of UD so what are the chances of that helping? Would asking my baseball coach who is also an alum for a recommendation letter also help? I also applied for civil engineering just in case. What about my chances at
Penn State main campus
Villanova
Rutgers- New Brunswick
Maryland- College Park

It’s true they’re more competitive than normal majors but with your stats, I think you’ll get into all of these schools.
Delaware- Low Match
Penn State- Match
Rutgers- Low Match
Villanova- Match
Maryland- Match

Even for engineering your good man. I think you should add a reach school into the mix. Your underselling yourself

Are you sure, I was thinking of Maryland and Villanova as reach schools based off of SAT scores. I guess it’s a bit misleading since engineering scores are often higher but schools don’t tell you what that number is. Thank you for your input
