<p>solely based on that, is UC berkeley a safety school?</p>

<p>GPA is the only issue, and with those stats, i would say that you can consider Berkeley an Safety if you do Letters and Sciences, not if you’re doing engineering. Though i would really secure that ELC to make Berkeley a total safety.</p>
