Based on Stats only, you look like a competitive applicant. No one has a crystal ball, so there is no guarantee you will be accepted, but you have a good chance. Make sure you have some solid essays and LOR’s (if they are accepting them this year).
Any school with a less than 20% acceptance rate is difficult to predict.
Probably a good idea to learn to spell Berkeley, and it’s a crap shoot for anyone. You need to calculate your UC GPA, (not clear if that’s what you’re providing or where those numbers come from).
UCs calculate three GPAs that admissions readers can view: unweighted, weighted-capped, and weighted-uncapped.
Most UC reports use weighted-capped GPA. For example, http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/infocenter/freshman-admissions-summary , which can show you previous year admit rates for each campus by high school GPA, appears to use weighted-capped GPA. Of course, this page has its limits, in that some majors may be more selective at a given campus, and all of the other factors that can affect admissions are not shown.
Test-score-heavy applicants should not assume that a very high test score will compensate for a lower GPA.
