<p>I don’t know. I think you have a chance of getting in, so if you really want to attend UC Irvine you should apply no matter what your chances of getting in are.</p>
<p>I think you can get in. Based on your sat score, you’re above what the average is for the SAT. Your gpa isn’t that bad (unweighted), it’s a bit below their average gpa, but your extracurrics/sat make up for it. did you take any ap classes previously, if so, what were your scores?</p>
<p>if you didn’t take any previous ap’s and this is your senior year, it might be more difficult for you to get in (but i still think you have a chance)… purely because you’re kind of a gamble.</p>
<p>think of it this way, if you were an admissions person and you had an applicant who got a 4 on some ap test junior year, versus someone who didn’t (with identical gpa’s, sat scores and extracurrics), you’d rather pick the person who got the 4, because you know that their school doesnt just give out good grades, and that they’re the ones who are most likely prepared for a UC.</p>
