Will I get into UCLA?

Hi, I am going into my senior year of high school, I attend a public high school in New Mexico. However, I pay in-state tuition and get in-state consideration (long explanation why). I really like UCLA and its campus, majors they provide, etc… and I was wondering if any of you can give me advice on whether I will get admitted. Here is all my info:
Intended Major: Applied Mathematics/Comp Sci
Applying for Fall 2017
Cumulative Weighted GPA: 4.255
Cumulative Unweighted: 3.9 ish ( I have one B in AP chem second semester)
School Doesn’t Rank
ACT Composite: 31
Ethnicity: Asian
AP Courses Taken: US History, Calculus AB & BC, Chemistry, Computer Science A, Language and Composition, US Government
AP Courses Planning to Take: Biology, Physics C, Statistics, Literature and Composition
Extracurriculars: Speech and Debate: Debate Captain, National Honor Society: Vice President, Teen Court (like regular court but for teen criminals): Attorney and Judge, Bridge the Gap Next Step (assisting others with whatever they will do after hight school), Link Crew Leader (mentoring incoming high school freshmen).
Plenty of Volunteer Work
Job: Employed at National Laboratory. Doing software and applications engineering.
Any advice is helpful. Thanks!

Are you saying this would be the case for UC? Because the way you wrote the paragraph you are talking about your NM HS. What is your UC GPA?

The long story short is that I will receive in-state consideration and pay in-state tuition if I attend a UC school only. I’m not familiar on calculating the UC GPA. Do you know how?

google knows how

It is great you get in-state tuition, just remember room/board/books/fees will amount to around $30-35K/year not including transportation costs. Still a good deal compared to the $55-60K/year as an OOS student.
You are a competitive applicant but with a 10% acceptance or less for CS, it will be a tough admit. You might want to bump up the ACT score a bit 32+.
