I got 1300 on the SAT. I couldn't retake it for some reasons. And I got 630 on SAT math level 2. I have about 3.34 GPA and join one book club. I only passed one AP exam and got all one's on all of them. I applied to WPI but I'm very worried if I don't get in because I really like to get into WPI. Please tell me the truth.

Wpi is a bit of a reach for you, I know that they are test optional perhaps your should look at their flex path admission process to showcase your talent.

WPI: Reach (do not send the SAT scores)

@Dawndib, what’s flex path admission and how does it work for WPI? What’s the deadline for that? And what do I need to apply?

All the info is posted on their website, Here is Is an excerpt

“Students are encouraged to submit examples of academic work or extracurricular projects that reflect a high level of organization, motivation, creativity and problem-solving ability. Examples include written descriptions of science projects, research papers, robotics or other mechanical design concepts, portfolios, or any other significant work undertaken independently or in school that the applicant believes is an appropriate reflection of his or her academic potential”

Wpi is a great school and all the students seem to love what they are doing/studying. If you can prove your passion and potential than that would improve your chances. :)
